Voglana-specific conditions: 30-day returns, technical review for personalized items, 24‑month mechanism warranty, and payments via Shopify Payments / Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna) and PayPal.

For orders shipped to the United States, products are sent from our facility in Turkey on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that any import VAT, customs duties or local taxes charged in the U.S. are not included in the checkout price and are always the responsibility of the customer.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order.

If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you by email or phone. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information.
