1. Payment Methods

You can securely complete your purchase using the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments / Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed by Lavivue OÜ (brand: Voglana) through secure SSL-encrypted systems.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT +03:00) Istanbul Standard Time will begin processing on the same business day. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

Standard preparation time is 1–3 business days. Personalized items require an additional 3-5 business days of handling time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


3. Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within the following estimated time frames:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Other regions: 7–15 business days

All shipments are fully trackable. Voglana actively monitors all shipments and provides updates in case of any delay.


4. Shipping Coverage & Rates

Voglana ships to the United States and selected other countries worldwide.

Shipping Cost:

  • For orders shipped to the United States, standard shipping is free unless a specific shipping fee is clearly shown at checkout.
  • If any shipping cost applies to a destination or product, the exact amount will be shown clearly before checkout on the cart or shipping page.

We do not apply hidden fees, and all costs are shown transparently before completing your purchase.

For U.S. customers, the total amount charged by Voglana at checkout includes only the product price and any applicable shipping cost; it does not include U.S. import duties or taxes.


5. Taxes & Customs Duties

All orders placed on voglana.com are billed by Lavivue OÜ (Estonia) and shipped from our production facility in Turkey.

For customers in the United States, all shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means:

  • Product prices and shipping costs shown on our website do not include any U.S. import duties, taxes, customs clearance or handling fees.
  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the delivery carrier may charge these additional amounts before or after delivery.
  • These possible duties, taxes and fees are always the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Voglana at checkout.

Voglana provides all required customs documentation for export from Turkey and import into the United States, but we cannot predict or control the exact amount of any duties or taxes charged by U.S. authorities or carriers.


6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur additional re-shipping costs, payable by the customer.
Once the order is delivered to your address (or designated recipient), ownership and responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.


7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
You can monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website using this number.


8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, report it to the courier before accepting the delivery.
  • In case of missing, defective, or incorrect items, please contact info@voglana.com with photos of the issue.

Once approved, replacement or reshipment will be initiated promptly.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice.
Unclaimed packages that are returned to our facility may incur re-shipping fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
