All payments are processed by Lavivue OÜ (brand: Voglana) through secure SSL-encrypted systems.


2. Where Your Clock Comes From

Every Voglana clock is handcrafted by our own team in Turkey. Our workshop combines generations of Turkish craftsmanship tradition with contemporary minimalist design.

We don't source from third parties or resell mass-produced items. Each piece is made by our skilled craftsmen, inspected for quality, and shipped directly from our workshop to your door.

Voglana is operated by Lavivue OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (European Union). Your order is placed with our Estonian company, and your clock ships directly from our workshop in Turkey.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT+3, Istanbul Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

  • Standard preparation time: 1–3 business days
  • Personalized items: Additional 3–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All shipments are fully trackable. Voglana actively monitors all shipments and provides updates in case of any delay.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders. If any shipping cost applies to a specific destination, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We never apply hidden fees.


6. Import Duties & Taxes - Important Information

Because your clock ships directly from our workshop in Turkey, your order is considered an international import and may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.

Shipping Terms: DAP (Delivered At Place)

All orders ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms:

  • Voglana covers the cost of shipping to your address
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility
  • These charges are collected by your country's customs authority or the delivery carrier—not by Voglana

These estimates include customs duties and local taxes. The exact amount is determined by your country's customs authorities, and the delivery carrier may collect these fees upon delivery.

Why International Shipping?

When you purchase directly from any international seller—whether furniture from Italy, ceramics from Portugal, or handcrafted clocks from Turkey—import duties may apply. This is standard practice for international commerce and allows us to bring you exceptional craftsmanship at fair prices.

We believe in transparency. We want you to know about potential import costs upfront rather than be surprised at delivery.


7. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur additional re-shipping costs.
  • Once the order is delivered to your address, ownership and responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

8. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier's website.


9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, report it to the courier before accepting the delivery.
  • For missing, defective, or incorrect items, contact info@voglana.com with photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, replacement or reshipment will be initiated promptly.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave a notice. Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may incur re-shipping fees.
