At Voglana, every piece is handled with care, from design to packaging. Our materials are chosen for durability and aesthetic balance, and our commitment to quality continues well beyond delivery.

Our clocks combine natural, durable materials such as solid wood and stainless steel with refined PVD-coated and fiberglass details. The silent German quartz movement with high torque meets a clean, sculptural form, creating a subtle yet striking focal point on the wall.

Each collection offers different diameter and size options. On the product page of your chosen model, you can view all available dimensions and explore how it fits your space through our 3D preview feature.

All our clocks operate with a AA battery, and thanks to the silent quartz movement, there is no audible “tick-tock.” Time flows quietly and seamlessly.

All items available for purchase on our website are in stock. Products that are temporarily unavailable are clearly marked as “Sold Out” or “Pre-Order.”

Installation, Mounting & 3D/AR

All clocks are shipped dismantled; inside the box you’ll find mounting brackets, installation tools, and a short setup guide. Once the right wall mount is selected, installation takes only a few minutes.

On the product page, please select your wall type, Concrete or Drywall, so we can include the appropriate fittings in your package. If you’re unsure, simply contact us and we’ll help you choose the best option.

Yes. With supported models, our 3D Augmented Reality (AR) feature lets you visualise the clock live on your own wall, helping you confidently decide on the perfect size and colour.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and most other destinations. If a specific shipping fee applies to your location, the exact amount will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We never apply hidden fees, what you see at checkout is what you pay to Voglana.

Your order is prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your region: European Union: 3–7 business days, United States, Canada and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days, and other regions: 7–15 business days.
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.

You can contact our customer service to update your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Tax, Customs & Invoicing

Voglana is operated by Lavivue OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. However, every clock is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop in Turkey and ships directly from there.

Because your order crosses an international border, it is treated as an import by your country's customs authority. Depending on where you live, import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees may apply upon arrival. This is standard for international purchases and is not unique to Voglana.

We believe in complete transparency, that's why we inform you upfront rather than surprising you at delivery.

Product prices on voglana.com exclude import duties and local taxes. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Turkey on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

This means any import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees that apply in your country are not included in the checkout price. If such charges apply, they are collected separately by your local customs authority or the delivery carrier.

Estimated charges vary by region, for the United States, this typically includes import duty and a merchandise processing fee. For Canada, GST/HST and possible handling fees may apply. Other regions vary based on local regulations.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may apply in their country. This applies to all shipments, including those to the United States, Canada, UK and other destinations.

While we cannot be held liable for customs-related delays, we actively monitor every shipment and take all necessary steps to ensure smooth delivery. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments / Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.; Apple Pay or Google Pay where available) and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-protected, and your card details are never stored on our systems.

Yes. You can provide your company details during checkout to receive an official business invoice.

When you shop on voglana.com, you are purchasing from Lavivue OÜ (Voglana's parent company) registered in Estonia. Prices are shown and charged in USD. Your final currency and total amount are always displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Warranty, Care, Service & B2B

• Mechanism Warranty (24 Months): The clock mechanism is covered for 2 years, ensuring lasting precision and performance.
• Free Repair & Shipping (First 6 Months): Within the first 6 months, mechanism repairs or replacements are free of charge, including two-way shipping.
• Extended Warranty (Months 7–24): From month 7 to 24, repairs and replacements remain free; a standard 30 USD international return-shipping fee applies.

Follow the care instructions included in the box. Gently clean the surface with a dry, soft cloth, avoid chemical cleaners, and replace the battery regularly.

Simply contact us with your order number. We’ll arrange the parts and service process for you quickly and efficiently.

Our packaging is designed to be elegant on its own, so we don’t offer additional wrapping. However, we’re happy to include a personal note upon request.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate the process. Once your return has reached our warehouse and been inspected, your refund will be issued immediately.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all regions, including the United States, Canada and United Kingdom.

The only exception is if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to our fault, in that case, we cover return shipping.

Once we receive your item, it is inspected. If everything is in order, we’ll send the replacement product. For exchanges based on colour or size preferences, both-way shipping costs are covered by the customer. If any damage is found, repair or cost adjustments may apply.

Returns on personalised items (such as custom sizes or colours) depend on evaluation by our technical team. Returns for faulty or defective products remain fully valid. If production has not yet started, your request will be prioritised.

You can contact our customer service to request a change or cancellation, as long as production has not yet started.
